This reminds me of the very specific way in This is how you lose the time war the two main characters find things in the world that remind them of each other's color. Some of them are hyper specific and other times they are as general as something they love. I love thinking about people as the sky, your imagery makes it so fun to imagine my friends and which version of the sky I think they would identify with <3

I was so excited to read this today, and I must admit, the cover photo meant that it went straight to the top of my reading list - I’ll recognise that view for a lifetime! This was absolutely gorgeous - I pictured you, or even myself, speaking this while looking out over those ocean sunsets in Aber. This is incredibly special 🤍

I think, mostly, my writing would become a cloudy sky, with the bright, warm sun poking through the gaps, creating sunbeams that reach down to the earth below.
